- 1 tea ball or unbleached tea bag
- 1/4 tsp crushed or powdered cardamon
- 1 vanilla bean chopped
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Place all items in tea ball or bag. Secure and close.

Steep with three cups of boiling water for ten minutes.
