Happy Margarita Day!

If you’re having guests or heading out to celebrate Margarita Day try our spin on the cocktail loved by all!

Aja Spice Margarita
****************************************
Yields 1 cocktail

About 5-7 slices jalapeno
Chili powder
2 slices ginger
3 oz pineapple juice
2.5 ounces tequila blanco
1 oz orange liqueur
5 citrus blossoms
ice
Lime wedge
Salt or chili powder rim optional

Wet rim of glass with lime and coat with chili powder or salt if desired. To a shaker muddle orange blossoms with an ounce of your pineapple juice. Next add 2-4 jalapeΓ±o slices, dash of chili powder, ginger, pineapple juice, tequila and orange liqueur. Pour over ice. Garnish with jalapeΓ±o and a dash of chili powder. Imbibe and enjoy!
