My New (Healthy) Addiction: Mamma Chia

Thanks to my friend Lauren, author of the newly popular, Realivze Health blog, I have a new delicious addiction to Mamma Chia! Mamma Chia, as Lauren described it is, “like jello for vegans.” She could not have been any closer to the perfect description. Subtly sweet and gluten free, this is the perfect nutritious treat for an afternoon or on-the-go snack! You know who else likes Mamma Chia? K I D S !

Packed with over 1000 mg of essential fatty acids, calcium and fiber, this jello-like treat is sure to please!

Anyone else tried it? I can’t wait to try the cherry lime and blackberry hibiscus!
