Specialty Cooking Classes For Groups, Events & Businesses

Garden Eats classes invite you to get hands-on in the kitchen. Our interactive classes offer everything from learning how to set up a kitchen for the healthy eater, making the most of your space and tools and learning how to “use all of the parts”. Because Garden Eats promotes a “use all of the parts approach,” we teach you to use your stems, leaves, roots, flowers and parts of your foods that you never dreamed of! These sometimes forgotten “parts” often yield the most taste-catching flavor and healthy medicinal qualities.
