Featured Service: Cooking Classes For Individuals and Businesses

We love helping people make the most of their kitchen and growing spaces in an efficient, eco-friendly way. We aren’t teaching your average cooking or gardening class after all! At the heart of what Garden Eats embraces is organic kitchen gardening focusing on farm to table, slow food, whole food, home-grown and everyday medicinal foods. Trends come and go, but we instill how the value of a well-learned behavior today will be worth its weight in gold for generations to come.

Both Kath and I are long-time gluten-free diners. We find it gratifying and easy to prepare healthy gourmet dishes that never compromise taste and always infuse seasonal ingredients. We know everyone has unique taste and nutritional needs-it’s our commitment to your taste that keeps you happy growing and eating with us everyday.

We look forward to creating memorable food and garden experiences for you and your family soon!

Learn to Cook at Home With a Lesson!

Perhaps you’ve always wanted to cook healthy meals for your family or you’re ready to introduce new ideas and flavors into the kitchen. We’ll design the lesson to suit all the tastes your family savors! Whether you’re a novice or a seasoned cook, Garden Eats will infuse your home with new seasonal recipes, herbs and medicinal foods to keep your family enticed and healthy.

Specialty Cooking Classes For Groups, Events & Businesses

Garden Eats classes invite you to get hands-on in the kitchen. Our interactive classes offer everything from learning how to set up a kitchen for the healthy eater, making the most of your space and tools and learning how to “use all of the parts”. Because Garden Eats promotes a “use all of the parts approach,” we teach you to use your stems, leaves, roots, flowers and parts of your foods that you never dreamed of! These sometimes forgotten “parts” often yield the most taste-catching flavor and healthy medicinal qualities.

In a nutshell, or in a kitchen rather, we can teach you how how to cook the tastiest, healthy foods without leaving waste, but only creating exceptional flavor your friends and family will love you for!

Schedule a class to cook, grow a kitchen garden and learn how to use the ingredients, a discussion based kitchen class on organic kitchen nutrition and more! We even teach interactive classes for kids and their parents to introduce kids to a wide variety of new and fun foods and flavors!

Know somebody who would love to take a class with us? Give them the gift of a Garden Eats gift certificate to get started growing and cooking with us now!
