Kitchen Boot Camp

Is your kitchen in need of a little reforming? The holidays are coming and that spells junk food, cookies and cakes-get Garden Eats to transform your pantries, refrigerators and grocery shopping lists with a new healthy twist!

Book us to come into your home and get your own personal kitchen managers. We’ll open the cupboards and refrigerator to decide what can stay, what needs to go and best of all, the tasty new foods that will fill them back up! We’ll even bring along a little treat or two to get you started!

Kitchen Boot Camp Includes

  • a mini-nutritional consultation and meal planning tips for your entire family.
  • hints on how to write your grocery list and make each shopping trip successful.
  • organizational tips on keeping your family eating the right amount of variety and food combinations.
  • hands on cupboard clean-up.

Once we’ve whipped your kitchen into shape, watch how new tastes develop and how much money you can save over time!

We promise to wear very stylish boots like the ones featured above! We like your boots Charlotte, thanks!

Can’t wait to see you for boot camp soon!
