What to Do With All Those Tomatoes!

Pick, wash, slice in half and spread on a greased cookie sheet.
Season with salt, chopped garlic, grated cheese and bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until tender and crispy. Use tomatoes for a side dish or top your favorite meat with them!

    My mouth is watering. The availability of veggies here isn’t like home, and juicy luscious tomatoes are hard to come by. I found a couple pretty ones at Whole Foods and paid and arm and a leg, but the other night 2/3 of my dinner consisted of two big tomatoes with EVOO and balsamic vinegar. YUM.
