Winter Contest #1: Create A Recipe!
Ever see photos of a recipe only to create your own twist on the dish? Garden Eats loves to create savory dishes, easy for you to make at-home… but, we know many of you have created tasty specialties of your own! For seasonal eaters, sometimes new ideas are hard to come by-especially in wintery, colder regions where fresh organic variety is a bit slim. Instead of introducing you to another recipe today, we’re going to let YOU come up with one AND enter to win a cool kitchen gift on us!
Here’s The Rules:
1. It’s winter, so try to incorporate herbs and spices that are seasonally appropriate. This is where your dried or frozen varieties can come in handy. Do not include produce that is not available in the United States this season.
Fresh tomatoes cannot be used for example-they’re coming from Mexico right now. Fresh garlic excepted.
2. Identify AND incorporate at least five of the ingredients you see in our photos here in this post. The tomatoes pictured were jarred in olive oil.
3. Like Garden Eats on Facebook and tell us you’ve liked us by introducing yourself to us there!
T H E W I N N E R will get their delicious recipe featured here in a post, to all of our followers and a surprise gift delivered to your front door! We’ll even promote your recipe on Facebook and twitter for other fans to try!
Ready to tempt us with your twist? Like us on Facebook and when you do, let us know you did and send an email with your recipe to organicgardeneats(at)gmail(dot)com!
